Agwey Metals proudly offers custom metal stamping services for a myriad of industries ranging from Aerospace to Medical. Our in-house, state-of-the-art facility can effectively metal stamp using forming, blanking, and coining production methods as well as progressive tools for more complicated orders. We feature pre-painted stamping; heat treated and enameled stamping capacities. We boast a press rating range of 22 to 180 tons, holding tolerance as close as ±.002″. Our maximum press bed size is 3′ x 5′, with a thickness range of .006″ to .250″.
The list of materials we stamp is wide ranging, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, beryllium copper, bronze, titanium, as well as exotics.
